Returns and Refunds

Fresh Food Prints

Buy with confidence!  Should any print get damaged during shipping, please email me immediately with a snap shot of the damaged print.  I will order a replacement print or prints for you immediately and have them sent out at no cost to you.

My policy lasts 30 days.  If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, I'm afraid I can't offer you a refund, return, or exchange.

Should you get your print and decide it's the ugliest thing you ever saw, or you just changed your mind, just return it, in it's original packaging, for a full refund on the print price.  Shipping costs will not be refunded for undamaged, returned prints.  You must include your receipt or proof of purchase.  If you are shipping an item(s) back to me worth more than $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service.  I can't guarantee that I'll get your returned prints.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at cp@freshfoodprints.com.
